I know you probably won't reply to this but I really need some help, I'm 20 years old and I'm getting my amateur jockey licence I desperately need someone to help me put together a meal plan I'm weighing 9st on the dot and I ideally want to be 8-5 at the most I want to progress into becoming a professional if I'm good enough and can do the weight .   5. Hi. I have a dilemma that I am hoping you can help with. I have IBS and a gluten intolerance. Now being straight forward it would be fine but unfortunately it's not. I dislike fish apart from Tuna. The biggest issue I have though is that I can't have sunflower oil as it sets off my IBS and most gluten free foods are produced with sunflower oil. Do you have any good recipes of healthy tasty meals I could try and any brands that I could try. Any help is much appreciated. Take care. Johanne.
