Tortilla-Crusted Tilapia
Servings: four
Energy: 363

1.five lbs tilapia, sliced into strips
three cups tortilla chips, beaten (7oz)
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp floor cumin
half tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lime, zested
three eggs

On a big plate or a large-mouthed bowl, whisk in combination flour, cumin, kid flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder and lime zest. Put aside.

2 mangoes, finely diced
third cup purple onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely minced
1/four cup cilantro, more or less chopped
1 lime, juice and zest
salt and pepper to style

Mahi Mahi:
On a big slicing board or in a big bowl, sprinkle cajun seasoning over fish. Lightly rub the seasoning in.
