1 diced tomato
1/2 diced zucchini
1 onion chopped
three garlic cloves minced
15 ouncesof cream cheese

1 head of cauliflower minced right into a rice consistency
1/2 cup of peas
half cup of carrots

2tsp ginger powder

2 tablespoons of sesame oil
half diced onion
2 whisked eggs

Chickpea Tikka Masala-
1 can of chickpea or garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons of curry paste
1 can of coconut milk
2 cups of water
salt and pepper to style
half cup of diced carrots
1 chopped onion
three garlic cloves
1 yogurt or greek yogurt
1/2 cup of peas

  1. I suggest to use less salt and no sugar… they get used to it! instead you can put herbs on the table so the kids can "spice" – my son loves it! I also did my own "salt" and it^s great!

    yes i like the video no disrespect but if your baby sitting kids most likely won't eat that I'm just saying

  6. Your daughter is a good eater. I'm jealous. There is no way my daughter would eat anything with garlic and onions, but I think I'm going to make the curry dish for myself.

  7. I don't mean to be rude but I would suggest you use less salt and soy sauce as it teaches kids to crave/want salt in their food as they grow up
