five Wholesome Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each and every Day Of The Week

Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Pink Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Red Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Inexperienced Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of child spinach

Upload liquid to the blender first.
Upload ultimate foods.
Mix smartly.

  2. I don’t eat breakfast anymore because I found out that humans eat too often. So now I drink a smoothy with my meal as a substitute for sweet juice drinks. And it’s not true that you can’t freeze avocados. You can, in fact, you can buy frozen avocados in the supermarket.

  3. I have a few questions. So apparently there is no places where I can buy peach and cherries at this time of the year. What can I use instead. The peach is used in the tuesday smoothie, and cherries are used in the thursday smoothie 😀
