  1. I cooked all 3 meals for the week today, and they all taste great! Coconut lentils are simply amazing. I found the black bean tortillas needed a bit more flavour for my taste so I had them with a bit of salsa.
    Last night I ate black bean, mango, cilantro, corn, red peppers, red onion salad with corn chips.
