Mini Portobello Margarita Pizzas

S portobello mushrooms, stems got rid of
B/T cup tomato sauce or pesto
M cup mozzarella, shredded
recent thyme
basil for garnish
toppings of selection (olives, pepperoni, onions, tomatoes, pepperoni, scorching peppers, bacon…)
salt and pepper to style

Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Place mushrooms on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to style. Bake for 10 mins.
Remove from oven and upload toppings tomato sauce (or pesto), mozzarella and toppings of selection.
Bake for some other 10 mins or till toppings are cooked thru and cheese is melted. Garnish with recent thyme and basil.
*If the use of bacon or sausage, make certain meat is precooked ahead of the use of as a topping!

Chili Cheese Stuffed Zucchini

F zucchini
M lb floor red meat
M onion, finely diced
T garlic cloves, minced
T tbsp chili seasoning
M/T tsp floor cumin
14oz can diced tomatoes
M/T cup cheddar cheese
M/F cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to style

For the zucchini, minimize them in part lengthwise and scoop out the seeds the use of a spoon. Set apart. Arrange zucchini halves on a non-stick baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Set apart.
In a big saucepan, upload floor red meat and fry till cooked thru. Add onion and zucchini seeds and prepare dinner for any other T mins.
